FPV Booster V3 includes FPV Camera and Flight Tracker (In-App purchase required), which is developed by the official DJI SDK. Its compatible for Phantom 2 Vision+ (Plus) V2 and V3.

Please read the instructions CAREFULLY of each module in "Help" section to learn how they work. Both the app and support are in English only.

Important Notes
• When you open the app first time, you need internet connection. Otherwise, there is an error message "App Register Failed: (ErrorCode: -1)". When you get this error message, make sure you have internet connection, then kill the app and restart the app again.
• When you switch back-and-forth between DJI VISION app and FPV Camera, you may need to kill DJI app from memory prior opening FPV Camera because of DJI app is locking up FPV connection in the background. Otherwise, you may see "Phantom Connection Broken" and "Video Signal Lost" messages.

FPV Camera is an In-App purchase module (US$ 8.99 or equivalent). It brings a complete new FPV experience for flying your Phantom 2 Vision+ with innovative features. It does not intend to replace DJI VISION app, while certain features and settings of VISION app are excluded, such as Ground Station, Compass Calibration, Current RTH Altitude, Binding, Rename Ranger Extender SSID, etc.

Flight Tracker is an In-App purchase module (US$ 6.99 or equivalent), which requires FPV Camera in advance. It maintains all your flight records at a glance with a complete automatic and transparent process WITHOUT any pilot intervention. It starts/stops logging flight data automatically upon start/stop motor, and records real time flight data in the app. You can review your flight records and playback flight path with telemetry data right after landing on your iDevice even without internet connection. You can also import or export flights logs to CSV files for further manipulation by third-party software (such as DashWare).

FPV Booster improves Wi-Fi video/telemetry connection (FPV, First Personal View) performance for DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ (P2V+) and the new P2V+ V3. It equips with a unique Smart Boost feature to boosts additional 50%-100% FPV range by a single click. We are the inventor of boosting Vision+ aircraft FPV performance from an app. It outperforms other booster and utility apps by reducing Wi-Fi interference.

• Normal Boost: It works better if you fly alone in wide open area without interference.
• Smart Boost: It keeps scanning and adjusting Wi-Fi signal in real-time to optimize FPV performance during flight. If it determines good Wi-Fi signal when P2V+ flying nearby, it would not turn on the booster until its necessary to do so. It usually performs better in urban area with some sort of Wi-Fi, cell phones and other interference.
• Wi-Fi Channel: This setting allows you changing P2V+ Wi-Fi from channel-1 to channel-11 easily to minimize interference and the channel setting will be saved accordingly.

This app is very good and increase the usable wifi range on my Phantom V2 Plus with 50%. Used on iPad mini retina.

This app is kind of useless if your RC Transmitter cant reach that far. But once youre RC Tx can reach long range, this will give your video reception a boost of up to 100%.

This app works as it is supposed to, I was amazed with the extra distance I got from the FPV. I use mint flight control before I use the FPV video signal. So even in come home mode I still see video. Selling my H3 – 3D as it is no longer needed with this app and the vision 2 plus. Worth every penny!

Bought this app and have done extensive testing, this thing works as advertised . My range has increased drastically and the video feed improve as well. My new personal best with a stock PV2+ is 6000

Some bad moments

This was promised months ago. Instead there are new apps and this one seems not to be supported anymore. Too bad.

If you have a phantom vision+ This app is will give you more flight joy because the app new feature is help you to control the phantom and fly more fun! And definitely worth the penny! Works well the long distance too

I have the Phantom 2 Vision Plus ver. 3.0. I have made no modifications to my Phantom. I would loose my FPV signal between 250 and 350 feet using the FPV setting of 640 X 480 at 15 FPS. I lowered the FPV preview setting to 320 at 15 FPS and then I could go a hundred feet more, frustrating. I Downloaded FPV Booster Vision + app and I have made two flights using the FPV booster. Both flights were 1,000 feet away at a height of 300 feet. First flight was using the FPV preview settings at the lowest (320 @ 15 FPS), the second flight used FPV preview settings at 640 X 480 at 15 FPS. Now I can fly farther with a better preview thanks to this app. Each flight showed no signs of glitches in the FPV signal. Its easy to use, there was no configuration, it just works.

I tried this app today and it is pretty cool but the video quality on my iPhone 6+ sucked while watching live on my phone. The quality is so much better on the vision app but that app is having so many issues these days.

I love this app with my Phantom 2 Vision Plus. The new features are incredible and it’s very close to replacing DJI’s own app. Keep up the good work!

Being one of the first to try the wifi booster back in the early days I saw noticeable improvements on the app rather than flying without it. But when v3.0 was released the possibilities of the p2 vision plus truly exploded. Feeling a bit left back at the train station when the Inspire 1 was released, the vision plus while an impressive camera and capable setup started to feel old and ready for the second hand market. Not anymore! V3.0 opens up so much more usefulness and potential that you will wonder why DJI hasnt done this themselves or better yet scooped up the developer for themselves. Granted they should also hire me. I have been using p1, p2, p2v+, spreading wings, and Inspire 1 and I still get excited about using the vision+ with this app. It feels more like Lightbridge lite than anything else but with so many added features. Cant wait to see what the developer does next. As a photographer and filmmaker I am constantly impressed.
